Four weeks of practical business AI.

Before the workshop, we agree which tools and business information participants can use, or which real process they will work on. Production use follows your organisation's approvals. Session dates and any sponsor participation are planned with your team.

How long is each programme?

Each programme runs over four weeks, with one hands-on, three-hour session each week: twelve active hours. We agree session dates with your organisation before delivery.

Who are the High Potentials?

The people who own execution, report directly to senior leadership, and cascade organisational goals into work across larger teams.

What access is needed to build with real work?

Before the programme, we agree which business information can feed each decision desk and which real process each workflow will cover, along with the tools, permissions and checks. Production use follows your organisation's approval process.

Can the two programmes run separately?

Yes. One develops faster leadership decisions; the other develops faster execution. They can also be planned together for the same organisation.

What does deploy mean here?

Participants plan how to bring the changes into the functions they lead, with owners, measures and first actions. High Potentials also build and demonstrate a working workflow. Production use follows your organisation's approval process.

Do participants need technical skills?

No software-development background is assumed. These are business-led workshops, with tools and access agreed in advance.
