Session 01 · 3 hours

Explore AI-first execution

Key outcome

A map of where execution slows between a senior goal and team action, and where AI could help compress the cycle.

What we will do

Trace how goals are cascaded, work is assigned, progress is tracked and decisions are reviewed across teams.
Find the handoffs, repeated tasks and missing information that make execution slower than it needs to be.
Explore what could move much faster with AI and which possibilities are worth testing.

Session 02 · 3 hours

Learn how to build AI workflows

Key outcome

A practical method for building AI workflows, tested in a hands-on exercise before applying it to your own execution work.

What we will do

Compare tasks AI can automate, tasks AI can plan for a person to approve, and work AI can review.
Build a practice workflow with inputs, outputs, human checks and exceptions using organisation-approved tools.
Explore dashboards and progress maps as ways to surface what needs action.

This session teaches the method. Participants do not have to build three preset workflows.

Session 03 · 3 hours

Design three execution speed-ups

Key outcome

Three ways to speed up execution, with one working AI workflow for a real process, tested from start to finish and ready for approval.

What we will do

Identify and rank three parts of your execution work where a meaningful speed gain is possible.
Use AI to define the inputs, steps, human decisions and measure for each change.
Build and test a working workflow for one priority in your organisation's approved environment.

The remaining two priorities are planned interventions. Production use of the working workflow follows your organisation's approval process.

Session 04 · 3 hours

Present key AI interventions

Key outcome

A presentation of three AI interventions you plan to lead, grounded in a working workflow and clear measures of execution speed.

What we will do

Present the three speed priorities, why they matter and how progress could be measured.
Show the working workflow, what it does and how it changes a real process; explain the deployment path.
Receive challenge and record the next action, owner and support needed for each priority.

How it runs

Four weeks of practical business AI.

One hands-on, three-hour session each week for four weeks, in person by design or virtually on request. Before the programme, we agree which tools and business information participants can use, or which real process they will work on. Production use follows your organisation's approvals.

Each cohort has 15–30 participants. Session dates and any organisational data access are agreed before delivery.
