Present
Use ten minutes plus two minutes for feedback and changeover for each presenting unit.
Hand over
Keep the artifact, reusable workflow, verification checklist, limitations and next commitment.
A hard boundary
Polish cannot cancel a critical error.
Assessment treats correctness and evidence as gates. Speed-up estimates, participant opinions and verified task results stay separate; a classroom result is never silently annualised into ROI.
